What do we provide?
Late to latest model vehicles, all clients are guaranteed forward facing seats, hot drinks and light snacks are supplied on all trips. An awesome adventure.

What will I need to bring?
Clothing to suit the weather conditions, sunglass, suitable footwear, camera and a sense of adventure and humour.

What if it’s raining?
We operate in all weather, rain hail or shine! It’s always a great trip regardless of the weather. Like anything, it’s what you make it!  Remember, fortune favours the brave!

How many people can Off Road Adventures cater for and how many people per vehicle?
Off Road Holdings uses Toyota Troop Carriers with 7 clients per vehicle. We have 5 vehicles and can cater for 35 clients, plus we also operate Toyota VX Cruiser seating a further 4 clients giving a total of 39 clients.

Will you teach 4 Wheel Driving?
Yes! We offer a course teaching techniques of 4 Wheel Driving and how to cross rivers, gear selection, hill climbing & descending.

Do you have a circuit that we can drive on?
Yes we can run shorter trips on a fun course that was used for the Amazing Race circuit. Off Road Adventures has now introduce the Suzuki Jimmy 4X4 especially for this experience and conference groupings. Each Suzuki vehicle can carry up to 4 clients making this a very affordable adventure!

Can I rent this vehicle for private use?
Yes. Normal rental criteria apply.

If I drive your 4 Wheel Drive, do I have to pay insurance?
No, but you will be required to leave a bond of $1500 NZD on the Suzuki Jeep and $2000 NZD on our Toyota Landcruiser’s in case of damage. This is under a normal vehicle rental agreement.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Individuals: 12 hrs. Groups of two or more: 24 hrs. Conference Groups: 7 days.
Responsibility: Off Road Holdings Ltd reserve the right to cancel or amend any trip due to river, road or weather conditions. Stringent safety procedures are observed at all times, however there remains an element of risk. Off Road Holdings Ltd cannot be held responsible for personal injury or for loss or damage of equipment.
